I know I haven't been keeping up with my blog recently, it's just that I've been so busy! Honestly!

For the first time in my real life job, I've been so busy and stressed, I haven't had time to think. I found that I would much rather be running around like crazy, then bored out of my mind.

Lots of fun things have been going on in my life recently too! There was IU homecoming where I got to spend the weekend with some of the loves of my life, in lovely Bloomington, Indiana. I forgot how much I missed Btown. More visits are definitely needed in the future.

Then the whole family went to St. Louis for the Colts vs. Rams game. I think there were more Colts fans there then Rams fans. We won too, which is always great!

Finally, last weekend was Halloween, which included more family time, and getting to dress Katelyn up as a bag of tater tots! To some, I understand this might sound strange. Who would want to be a bag of tater tots on Halloween? However, my brother-in-law Wes' (Kate's daddy) nickname is Tate, so my sister Christen made a costuem for Katebug, where she was the "original tater tot," and the "official product of tate maurer." It was pretty funny, and kate looked so cute, it didn't really matter if no one else got it.

I'm really excited for the weekend to be here. After a long, stressful week, a weekend with no big plans sounds pretty nice. Also, Bill surprised me with making dinner reservations for tonight at a restaurant we haven't gotten a chance to try out. It's been awhile since we've had Date Night! I can't wait to have a great evening with him!
